Let’s see a raise of hands for nut milk 🙋 If you’re anything like me you love fancy nut butters and milk. Let’s face it though those items are PRICEY. $12 for a small jar of nut butter and $8 for quality almond milk (no gums, thickeners, and other franken ingredients) is just a big ol NO most of the time.

For this recipe I used raw pecans (no need for soaking!!), a little grass-fed butter, vanilla, salt, and a touch of sweet maple syrup. After The NutraMilk ran through the butter cycle you add in some filtered water and watch it turn into milk!

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Place the pecans, grass-fed butter or ghee, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt in The NutraMilk. Press the "butter" button and set for 4 minutes. Press start.

  2. Open the lid and add the water. Press the Mix button then press start. Press Dispense then Start and open the spigot to fill your desired container.

    I made this in my vitamix as I await my nutramilk. It is absolutely delicious!! It’s so good I wanted to drink the whole thing straight but am reluctantly saving it for my coffee tomorrow. It is so easy to make abd ten times better than what’s in the stores!
